The Big Haggis Hoolie & Children’s Ceilidh at Sefton Park School: Saturday 26th January

On Saturday 26th January, Sefton Park Junior School is opening its doors for a Daytime ‘Children’s Ceilidh’ and an evening ‘Big Haggis Hoolie’!

The events are being held to honour Burns Night and to also raise much-needed funds to update the school’s playgrounds and play facilities.

The daytime and evening event activities promise all things Scottish!

DAYTIME EVENT: THE LITTLE HAGGIS HOOLIE
As well as the evening event, there will be a day time Children’s Ceilidh from 12 – 3.30pm. The event will be packed with fun activities including a live ceilidh band, veggie haggis lunch/snacks, best tartan dressed little chieftain awards, disco with games, clan shield making, Braveheart face paints and Scottish poems.

£5 for adult*, £5 first child, additional child £4, additional children under one year go free.

*adults with a ticket to the evening event get in free.

EVENING EVENT: THE BIG HAGGIS HOOLIE
The evening event begins at 7.30pm and will give parents the chance to raise the roof and do the Highland fling! There will be a Haggis supper, a live professional Ceilidh band, highland games, other performing surprise acts and Shambala DJ, ‘Blowpop’ after-party until midnight!
