Tom Ashfold Pilates
Pilates is a fantastic tool with which to improve muscle tone, core strength, mobility, flexibility and posture. It can also help to alleviate aches and pains, and reduce stress and tension.
Classes are friendly and accessible, whilst leaving you feeling challenged. Classes are limited to 10 participants to ensure sufficient individual attention can be given, with modifications and progressions provided as necessary. Mats and all other equipment are provided.
Classes are suitable for all ages and abilities (over 18), although new mothers should wait until at least 3 months after birth before attending.

Cost (per class):
Daytime: Term booking (typically 6-8 weeks) = £7, Drop-in = £7 for 1st class, £9 thereafter
Evening: Term booking = £8, Drop-in = £8 for 1st class, £10 thereafter
