Sweat, strengthen and shine! Come enjoy a Glow Yoga class every Friday at Yogafurie.

Glow Yoga is a flow style of Yoga practiced in a balmy 30 degrees to help warm and loosen up the body. Each week we will practice new sequences and postures. We will spend some time for breath exercises, meditation and rest, for a true rejuvenation!
