Returning for the 4th year, Window Wanderland is free, easy to do and great fun.

Light up your window with a display for all to admire; this can be as simple as a candle, book, fairy lights or image in a window. Or stage a performance in your front room or project onto your building! Simple or spectacular, it’s completely up to you as long as it’s family-friendly.

INVITE your friends, wrap up warm and get out and see the show…

THURSDAY 1st MARCH

The Hidden History of St Andrews: Bishopston Library
A talk on the hidden history of St Andrews by local historian, Michael Manson. Michael’s talk will evoke the spirit of St Andrews; he will dig below the Victorian landscape to reveal a history dating back hundreds of years. His book will be on sale at the event.

Cash bar with quality fruit juice, coffee and tea (no licensed bar for this event). All profits go to Friends Of Bishopston Library to provide equipment and events at the library.

Litter Pick: Horfield Common
A Litter Pick event on the Common – both children and adults invited along. All are meeting at the Café on the Common and then spreading out over the Common.

Part of the ‘Spring Clean’ taking place across Bristol this Spring, the event will be the first of several litter picks planned on Horfield Common throughout the Summer months.

The event will be a great way to keep Horfield Common clean and pleasant. Please bring gloves and sturdy shoes!

WEDNESDAY 4th APRIL

Free Mini Tennis & Family Time Session: Kings Lawn Tennis Club, Bishopston
Come along to the courts to play as a family or with friends! As well as some full courts there will also be mini courts to help all children be able to play with their parents and friends.

This is not a coached session but a chance to come and give tennis a go. Rackets and balls will be provided and there will be coaches on hand to ask any questions.
