Joseph Coelho: Poetry for Families

Join us for an hour with award-winning children’s author, poet and playwright Joseph Coelho.

Joseph’s poetry creates all sorts of other worlds… with wild ideas and unforgettable images, he invites us to dream about possible impossibilities. Everyday situations are turned into mini-dramas. Stories and poems of the past make guest appearances.

For children aged 5-11 years.

Live Online Rhyme & Storytime

Miniature Train Rides at Ashton Court Railway

Bring your kids to ride on this miniature railway this weekend!
Featuring a selection of real steam, electric and petrol driven trains on two main tracks, each 1/3 mile long and in the form of continuous loops.
Ideal for all ages, social distancing guidelines apply.

Fun Play Family Session: The Ardagh, Horfield Common
When: 10.30am-2.30pm

Cost: Free

A free fun play family sessions for primary school-aged children organised by the Bristol charity, Children’s Scrapstore.

Children must be accompanied at all times; lunch will be provided.
