Do you have a child about 18 months to pre-school age and wanting a regular outdoor activity with a difference?
If so, there are a few spaces at the Golden Buds Toddler Group where your little ones can enjoy pond dipping, digging in the digging bed, nature crafts, exploring, and learning about nature.
It’s also a great chance for you both to be outdoors and active, and get some sunlight in the colder months. And when spring arrives, you and your toddler can see the garden wake up with with little shoots and flowers, and spot the tadpoles in the pond!
There’s also a warm indoor area to sit and play in and each week there’s a nature-themed craft activity to spark the imagination.

Held on Tuesdays and Fridays in term-time from 11.30am, the Golden Buds Toddler Group is held at the Golden Hill Community Garden, behind the prison on Monk Road, Horfield.
Bookings are taken termly and work out at £8 per session standard price, £6 lower cost, £10 pay it forward price, or there are also a couple of free spots if money is a barrier.
