Last Thursday I had the pleasure of attending a Baby Sensory session which had a special Superheroes theme! All babies were dressed up as superheroes and the props and activities were part of the Superhero theme, too.
Baby Sensory Bristol North classes are held at St Bart’s Church Hall in St Andrew’s and St Alban’s Church Hall in Westbury Park. Classes are run by Bristol mum, Vicky Oliver, who is great fun and has lots of energy to match.
All the babies and their parents enjoyed thoroughly enjoyed themselves at the Superheroes session, and the babies looked fantastic in their costumes.
The theme was part of a Superheroes Sensathon, raising money for Tommy’s, a charity that funds medical research into the causes of premature birth, stillbirth and miscarriage and provides information to parents.
Baby Sensory is a major fundraiser for Tommy’s and Baby Sensory franchises across the UK took part with the aim of raising £375,000 for the charity. Vicky’s Baby Sensory Bristol North classes raised a fantastic £351 towards this amount through a raffle and donations.
If you would like to donate money towards Tommy’s, you can do so via the Baby Sensory Bristol North fundraising page.
Spaces for the Autumn term of Baby Sensory will be available to book online from Monday 27th June if you would like to sign up your baby or toddler for a place at classes in St Andrew’s or Westbury Park.
The Autumn Term of Baby Sensory will be filled with many exciting sessions including Space Adventure, Magic Box, Baby Olympics, an adventure in the Rainforest and so many more!
