On Saturday 21st January there will be a Wassail and New Year’s celebrations at the Boiling Wells Orchard at St Werburghs City Farm.

As you may know, a Wassail is an old, English tradition held once a year in mid-Winter and involves blessing and celebrating fruit trees to encourage a good Harvest later in the year.

As well as the Wassail, there will be some great activities for children and families at the event such as free crafts, storytelling, live music, food and drink including mulled cider.

Boiling Wells is a green and beautiful 2.5 acre site, situated within a woodland valley and the farm hosts many other family-friendly activities there throughout the year.
