Fairfield High School presents Fashion Fizz!

Fairfield High School (FHS) is delighted to announce the launch of its first Fashion Fizz!

On Wednesday 6th November between 6-9pm, the community is invited to come along to a fantastic evening showcasing vintage/second-hand clothes and accessories, with a silent auction offering the opportunity to freshen up wardrobes/upcycling by snapping up some bargains.

Tickets cost just £5 to include a glass of fizz and canapes.

All proceeds from Fairfield’s Fashion Fizz will be donated to sustainable charities Oxfam and Aid Box Community.

In addition to buying tickets, FHS is on the lookout for a few things to help the event run as smoothly as possible, whilst making as much money for charity as possible.

On the list include: good quality clothes (mens in particular), sponsorship plus raffle prizes, goods and experiences. This is also an ideal opportunity for stall holders to sell their craft-related wares… perfectly timed for capturing the Christmas present market.

Janice Callow, organiser of Fairfield’s Fashion Fizz and the school’s Strategic Project Lead explains:

“I am so excited about holding our first ever Fashion Fizz. Being personally very interested in fashion, and spending a fair bit of money on clothes myself, I wanted to find an innovative way of ensuring that clothes don’t just end up lost in wardrobes but in fact appreciated far and wide.

“Fairfield’s Fashion Fizz promises an evening of glamour, vitality, fun and, above all, one everyone will be talking about for a long time to come!”
