A local parent has come up with a wonderful idea which will not only raise money for The Royal British Legion’s Poppy Appeal this year, but which will also be a fun activity for children at the same time!

This year, due to covid-19, we won’t all be able to buy our poppies in the usual way, such as from shops and schools, and so the Royal British Legion are offering print-at-home poppies which can be downloaded and printed out once a donation has been made.

The idea is that, just as we decorated our windows with rainbows back in the spring, why not each download a poppy, print it out, have our children colour them in, and then proudly display them in our windows!
