January News from Yogawest, Bishopston

Here’s the latest news from Yogawest, the heart of Iyengar yoga in Bristol.

Situated in Bishopston, Yogawest offers a range of classes including pregnancy yoga, postnatal yoga, baby massage, plus yoga classes for children, teens and families.

Yogawest is a warm and welcoming sanctuary that has been in the beautiful Yogawest building for over 30 years, just off the Gloucester Road. Providing a full range of classes, if you haven’t tried it yet, they’d love to see you there!

Yogawest wishes you a happy and healthy 2018 from all of us. We are now open with the full timetable running (check the notes on the online timetable for term-time and course start dates).

Courses are booking now: if you haven’t yet booked, call us this week to secure your place for gentle, pregnancy, postnatal, early morning, and children/teen classes.

Saturday 10th February – First Aid course (open to all)
Saturday 24th March – Yoga Day with Bob
Sunday 27th May 27 – Friday 1st June – Turkey yoga holiday with Diana & Indira

Next weekend we have a philosophy course running from Thursday to Monday (11–15th Jan) and some classes are not running: please check the online timetable to check your class before you come: if there’s no note, the class is on!

First Aid Day, Feb 10th
