On Sunday 21st October it will be Apple Day at Horfield Organic Community Orchard, an afternoon of apple-related family fun.

The event runs from 2-4pm and will be a double celebration as it will be the community orchard’s 20th year!

The Pigsty Morris dancers will be making merry, plus there’ll be a chance to sample a variety of local apples and juice pressing to enjoy, too!

There will also be refreshments, local produce, and trees for sale.

You can also have any fruit-growing questions you may have answered and find out about Orchard Learning courses for 2019.

If you have any spare apples please bring them along – apple donations welcome.

To find the orchard walk down the lane beside 22 Kings Drive, turn left and it’s the first gate on the right.  OR take the lane beside 134 Longmead Avenue until you come to the last gate on the left.

This event is free, no booking required.
