Babybites cookery workshops will be starting in Bishopston and surrounding areas in the New Year!
Starting in January, local mum Amy (pictured below) will be running Babybites cookery workshops for parents of young children. The workshops are designed to help parents cook healthy and delicious food for their children and families, without spending hours slaving over a hot stove, or seeking out rare ingredients from the market.
At Amy’s classes you will build your confidence, learn favourite recipes for tasty simple meals, and leave with delicious samples of food that you have cooked as well as clear information about the most important aspects of childhood nutrition.
As a vegetarian Amy’s classes will have a particular focus on getting more vegetables into our children’s diets (and ours!) and on discovering delicious and nutritious vegetarian options for all the family.
She also has experience of very fussy eaters so there will be top tips for encouraging little ones to eat a range of food. All the workshops are really relaxed and fun – and you can even bring baby along with you!
Classes are two and a half hours and you can choose from: weaning (£35); baby-led weaning/fingers foods (£35); family foods (£40).
