On Wednesday 5th August Playday 2026 is coming to the Ardagh!

A free event taking place in different locations across the country, children and their parents and carers are invited to drop-in at any point between 11am and 3pm.

There will be loads of free fun including arty crafts activities, building a cardboard city, music, circus, games, cricket and much more!

This year’s Playday theme is ‘Play – Here, There and Everywhere’ and highlights the importance of creating opportunities for children to play wherever they are, be it their living rooms, street, local park, at the school gates, or in their neighbourhood.
